TESTIMONIALS

As a first time manager at 61 years old, I was dealing with new challenges that I had never dealt with before. Maria's counsel, and the friendly and professional way she delivered it, has been of the utmost help to me in my transition to what for me is a very new experience. I highly recommend to anyone who deals in management situations, that they utilize her for expert analysis of situational management. a very nice lady also.

Thomas C. Cleland Operations Manager at Cosentino

Maria recently provided my global team with some extensive training which focused on developing and presenting effective presentations. These sessions were very involved and provided immediate results that I noticed from my team. Her focus on developing the skills and content necessary to "Wow" the audience was masterful! She is an excellent teacher, mentor and coach who easily adapts to different cultures within a team (as with my team). Lastly, and by no means least, she is very capable of presenting effective training in the virtual environment. This is not an easy task-many good coaches fail in the virtual world, but not Maria! I highly recommend her for your training needs in the future and I welcome any inquiries you may have.

Richard Widup President/Founder of The Widup Group | Former Global Corporate Security Director at Reckitt

I have attended 2 courses under the talented direction of Maria : "Conflict Management" and "Presentation Skills" and in both cases I enjoyed the courses immensely. I thought I knew a lot on the topics but Maria's material and her understanding gave me new insights and I learned valuable lessons in both cases. Maria has a deep understanding of the subject matter, an easy way of presenting the material and interacts very well with the course attendees. I learned alot from these courses and look forward to the next one I take with Maria.

Would it be nice to have recognition and remuneration for going the extra mile? Sure, but it’s not about that. It’s the satisfaction of knowing you have gifted someone something valuable. Maybe it’s a good moment to ask ourselves, “How can I be more generous?”
